4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

4.1. Consulting, Coaching & Training Services

  • All speaking engagements, corporate training, and coaching sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Confirmed bookings require a deposit or full payment depending on the scope of engagement.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

4.2. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Us

In the rare case we must cancel or reschedule an event, clients will be offered a full refund or alternative arrangement at no extra cost.

5. Product Purchases (Books & eBooks)

  • Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or USD as applicable.

  • All purchases are final. eBooks and downloadable materials are non-refundable.

  • If a physical book is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 3 days for a replacement.

6. Online Courses

  • Course access is granted upon successful payment and registration.

  • Course materials are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  • Course duration and access timeframes are specified at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access to users who violate these terms.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you consent to our collection and use of your data for service delivery, communication, and internal analytics.

8. Limitation of Liability
